I

Free Cure

Free Cure primarily consists of the first three elements

01

Sodium hydrogen carbonate = sodium bicarbonate

Use pharmaceutical grade, not baking soda. It is highly purified and contains significantly fewer impurities, such as aluminum.

02

Freshly squeezed BIO lemons

Citric acid may be used instead of lemons, but it does not contain the life force, Qi.

03

DMSO 99.9%

It helps the first two elements cross the inner mitochondrial membrane. Use it only with fresh, clean, filtered water, preferably distilled; otherwise, do not use it.

Biocommunication system

Elements listed to support recovery of the immune system

4

DHEA

Up to 100 mg/day for men and up to 50 mg/day for women. It may immediately stop all cancer growth and restore youth. Start with 10–25 mg/day. Note: if you have breast or prostate cancer, use no more than 50 mg/day.

5

Vitamin D

A safe daily dose is 100 mcg. It acts like DMSO and helps other elements cross the inner mitochondrial membrane.

6

Coenzyme Q10 or Ubiquinol

Use Coenzyme Q10 or, preferably, Ubiquinol. The general therapeutic dose is 100–300 mg/day.

✓ Do

  • Make your own lemon drink with spring water and local honey
  • Use only clean, filtered water — especially with DMSO
  • Eat natural and organic food; include 2 soft-boiled eggs daily
  • Walk barefoot on grass or soil for 15 minutes daily
  • Wait at least 15 minutes between sodium bicarbonate and lemon

✗ Don't

  • Don't drink soft drinks made with beet sugar
  • Don't take calcium pyruvate in the evening
  • Don't take iodine / iodide in the evening
  • Don't combine taurine with caffeine; avoid caffeine in the evening
  • Don't use DMSO with unfiltered or contaminated water

Core foundations: essential guidance

Use these foundations before adding signal-specific support. Keep the plan minimal, measurable, and compatible with diagnoses, medicines, pregnancy, kidney or liver function, and clinician guidance.

Hydration, food, and rhythm

Start with adequate fluids, regular meals, protein and fiber sufficiency, sleep timing, daylight, and a repeatable daily rhythm. Adjust fluid, sodium, potassium, and meal advice when heart, kidney, liver, glucose, or swallowing problems are present.

Measure before supplementing

Use symptoms and validated laboratory tests to confirm vitamin, mineral, hormone, glucose, lipid, blood-count, liver, and kidney questions. Record every medicine and supplement so total doses and interactions are visible.

Energy and recovery context

Mitochondrial language in the source is treated as a recovery framework, not a cure claim. Discuss CoQ10, magnesium, taurine, pyruvate, or other products only when indication, dose, medicine interactions, and organ function have been reviewed.

Gut, immune, and nervous-system support

Review digestion, bowel pattern, food tolerance, infection evidence, stress load, sleep, breathing, and gentle movement together. Probiotics, elimination diets, herbs, and immune products should match the person rather than the signal name alone.
